The Gigabit UTP to Fibre cards are designed to fit the CN-2000 and the CN-0400 converter chassis. When the chassis is equipped with the SNMP card all the converters can be managed via SNMP or by a web browser and XML.

The Gigabit converters allow pre-existing copper and fibre optic segments to function as gigabit backbones. The investment in your legacy network is preserved without the cost of a infrastructure upgrade. The range provides clean reliable conversion between conventional CAT5 / 5e and multi mode and single mode fibre.
