The FP1200-01 is an Ethernet 10Base2 transceiver for use with thin coaxial cable (also known as thin Ethernet or BNC Cable). The FP1200-01 provides an easy method of connecting an Ethernet host to network cabling. It's compact design makes it suitable for direct connection to an AUI port or it also can be used with an AUI cable of up to 50m in length. Each unit has an SQE switch and is supplied with a free 'T' piece. The FP1200-01 complies with the IEEE 802.3 specification and has a lifetime guarantee.
