The HCT-BERT/H is a small compact PCM measuring device ideally suited for analysing and verifying the status of E1 / T1 circuits as well as a variety of traditional datacom interfaces (X.21, V.35, RS530, RS449 & RS232).
The unit incorporates a powerful bit error rate tester that allows the operator to quickly build-up statistics to observe the quality of the circuit under test.
