Overview

CWDM enables the simultaneous transmission of multiple channels by multiplexing together different wavelengths of light. The HT-416-MDX160 CWDM Mux/Demux increases the capacity of your fibre by allowing up to 16 discrete channels to be transported in a completely agnostic and passive manner.

The HT-416-MDX160 supports ITU-T G.694.2 wavelengths between 1310nm to 1610nm in 20nm steps and can accommodate speeds from 100Mbps to 10Gbps. These can be seamlessly connected, providing a total transmission capacity of up to 160Gbps.

The HT-416-MDX160 features low insertion loss, high channel isolation, a wide passband and low temperature sensitivity. Its compact 1U form enables ease of installation in any standard 19" rack.

We also support bi-directional optics where the demand for increased bandwidth is not so great.
