1G, 1000Base Single Fibre SM Bi-Di 10km

The LC1-GE-BX is a 1Gb/s optical transceiver module for singlemode fibre. The transmitter section utilises a multiple quantum well laser and is class 1 laser compliant with IEC-60825. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector reamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF-8472. The fully SFP compliant form factor provides hot pluggability, easy optical port upgrades and low EMI emissions.
