1000BaseLX SFP Transceiver, Singlemode, DDM 20km

The GE-LX2-Lxx is a 1Gb/s optical transceiver module for singlemode fibre up to 20km or multimode up to 1km.  The transmitter section utilises an FP laser and is  class 1 laser compliant with  IEC-60825.  The receiver section uses a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier.  The GE-LX2-Lxx is suitable for use on Gigabit Ethernet or Fibre Channel links.  Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF-8472.  The fully SFP compliant form factor provides hot pluggability, easy optical port upgrades and low EMI emissions.
