Lanode add comprehensive range of embedded Ethernet Switches

Lanode Ltd, a UK provider of innovative communication technologies, is today pleased to announce the launch of a new range of embedded Ethernet switches.  The MISCOM range have been designed to facilitate the rapid development and deployment of Ethernet enabled devices for a wide variety of applications. 

All MISCOM products are temperature hardended and accommodate an array of copper and fibre optic interfaces operating at both 100Mbps and Gigabit speeds.  Advanced functions such as Tagged VLAN, QoS and Access Control Lists coupled with Layer 3 routing differentiate the MISCOM from many other offerings. 

A wide DC power input of 12 to 48V allows the MISCOM to be deployed in many different scenarios from transport, factory, utility provision, oil / gas and mineral extraction as well as military applications too. Low power consumption coupled with a small form factor and a wide operating temperature make the MISCOM the ideal solution to accelerate product development.
